Digital Media Planner Wanted

We are seeking a mid- senior-level Digital Marketing Analyst to provide reporting, analysis, and strategic input for our clients’ marketing efforts, including websites, landing pages, and campaigns. The person we are looking for not only knows his or her way around reporting dashboards, but truly understands the nature of how marketing can affect prospect and customer behavior. This candidate will be able to translate our clients’ goals and marketing objectives into measureable results, adding insights and providing recommendations.

This person will be able to look beyond the numbers they report and add a strategic layer between the account, creative, and media teams at FVM. The ideal candidate will be able to identify not only what these analytics mean, but what we should do with them, what campaigns should be tweaked or removed, and what can be done to increase our ROI. We want this person to lead the dialogue, and raise questions.

Primary Duties:

  • Pull, analyze, and report on digital and advertising metrics.
  • Provide internal and external insight reports.
  • Work with the account management team to develop strategy and establish KPIs based on metric findings.
  • Work with the creative team to influence design, UX, and functionality for tactical campaign components.
  • Provide clients with top-level metrics that concern them the most and highlight all aspects of marketing outreach.
  • Connect analysis between client goals to strategy to advertising tactics to landing pages and beyond.

The ideal candidate should:

  • Have an integral knowledge of Google Analytics and the fundamentals of web traffic analytics. Experience with event tagging and custom campaign parameters is a big plus.
  • Have experience with multi-touch email campaigns with months-long progressive profiling tactics. Understand the components of remarketing based on user interaction. Experience with Act-On and CRMs a big plus.
  • Experience with SEO, keyword research, and Google AdWords strongly desired. Knowledge of PPC bid strategy, remarketing, and display network targeting is a plus.
  • Be able to articulately craft web and campaign reports for clients. He or she should be able to relay information that is most important to the client as well as a big picture overview in a way that is simple and concise. Experience with data visualization tools such a plus.
