Account Executive – Plymouth Meeting, PA

This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic thinker with at least 3 years of agency account management experience to assume a critical role in guiding digital and traditional marketing initiatives for several of our key clients. You will join a highly collaborative and creative environment, where interaction across all agency disciplines is the norm.

Contribute towards strategic client direction; build and launch B2B brands; run fully integrated campaigns; oversee digital projects; and most importantly, build strong, meaningful relationships with our clients. A background in B2B advertising, branding and/or marketing communications experience is a must, but specifically:

  • Experience in overseeing creative projects with design, copy and web teams
  • Digital experience with corporate websites, campaign landing pages, and marketing tech.
  • Branding experience performing research, and contributing toward positioning and visual identity.
  • Experience in devising and implementing content and social strategies.
  • Budget management expertise, including an understanding of project scope and with the ability to assess and prioritize to keep all work on time and on budget.

Digital Marketing Coordinator – Plymouth Meeting, PA

This position represents an excellent opportunity for a quick learner who’s looking to get involved in digital marketing. We’re looking for an individual to support our media team with digital ad campaign management and reporting – including paid search, display, remarketing, email and social campaigns – and website tracking/reporting, across all agency accounts. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with an analytical brain who knows when to ask questions, and is eager to get involved in all aspects of digital marketing.

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the following, under the direction and guidance of the Digital Media Analyst:

  • Managing paid search, remarketing and display campaigns – optimizing budgets across campaigns and within ad groups/placements
  • Executing email marketing campaigns & managing prospect/customer databases
  • Optimizing budgets on social media advertising campaigns
  • Contributing tactically to strategic SEO plans
  • Monitoring status of client websites
  • Contributing to website and campaign reports with statistics and insights gained from day-to-day campaign management

The ideal candidate will hold a BA/BS degree or equivalent in a related field, a demonstrated proficiency in Excel, and 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably doing one or more of the following:

  • Managing paid search (PPC) campaigns in Google Adwords
  • Tracking website results using Google Analytics
  • Executing email campaigns through a marketing automation tool
  • Trafficking digital media tactics

Junior Designer – Plymouth Meeting, PA

We’re looking for a talented and strategic designer who is eager to learn and grow in a B2B agency setting. You’ll help the creative team deliver a wide variety of projects, including brand and graphic identity; websites, campaign landing pages and other interactive/digital experiences; advertising for digital media, print, and out-of-home; design for brochures, reports, email, editorial content, infographics, data visualization, and other marketing materials; photography, video, and animation; event and environmental design; presentations, sales tools, and other business materials; and more.

You’ll need to communicate effectively and work collaboratively; manage your time and responsibilities; proactively develop new skills; immerse yourself in our clients’ businesses; contribute to research, strategy, planning and concept development; present your work and critique that of others; and play solid defense in foosball (your offensive game comes with time).

Project Manager – Plymouth Meeting, PA

We’re looking for a skilled Project Manager to manage the big picture of FVM’s branding, creative, and digital projects from kickoff through delivery. Leveraging an understanding of the necessary technology, resources, and best practices, this person will map out project needs, prepare and maintain accurate timelines, and ensure tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.

The Project Manager will coordinate between the Account and Creative teams to forecast resources and manage expectations, including across multiple client workloads. He or she will provide direction and oversight to ensure that all project activities are progressing measurably and meaningfully, while finding opportunities to optimize efficiency and deliverable quality.

As the gatekeeper for projects across multiple accounts, strong candidates will have at least 4 years of project management experience in an agency setting. Experience working on branding and digital projects, especially with remote team members and freelancers, would be ideal. This is a new position, so the ability to introduce, implement, integrate, and optimize processes will make or break success. An organized, proactive, and confident personality will go a long way.
